Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in a two-year training program to gain sales experience and product knowledge.
• Must be able to move between customer and company locations within the assigned territory.
• Must sign Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s) provided for review.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: build strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow a book of business within the territory.
• Plan weekly routes and priorities to drive territory growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate value of American-made products.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas using company programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
