Job summary

Smith+Nepphew is seeking an Account Manager for the Advanced Wound Management team to drive field-based sales and grow the territory by partnering with hospitals and outpatient facilities.

You will promote advanced wound dressings, biologics, and related technologies, educate clinicians, manage the territory plan, and build lasting stakeholder relationships to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales within medical devices, healthcare, or related field.
• Navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio across patient populations.
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on clinical and economic value of Smith+Nephew solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption within existing and new accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs for best practices in wound care.
