Randstad Digital is seeking an Account Manager in the Washington, DC area to drive new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our digital staffing services.

You will build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, understand their needs, and coordinate with delivery teams to exceed revenue and margin targets in a hybrid work environment. Prior success in staffing or IT services is valued.

• 3 years of experience selling staffing or technical products.
• Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
• Strong relationship-building founded on integrity.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and influence abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• A history of outperformance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Proficiency using Google Mail, calendaring and shared drives.
