Qualifications

• Strong sales background with IT staffing or recruiting experience.
• Experience working in a staffing agency environment within the past 3 years.
• Ability to collaborate with recruiters and cross-sell services.

Responsibilities

• Close business opportunities by identifying prospects and making placements.
• Exceed activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by management.
• Qualify each req and convey details to recruiters effectively.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group services across divisions and teams.
