Eliassen Group is seeking an Account Executive for a remote role covering the Richmond, VA area. You will identify prospects, build relationships with decision makers, and place candidates while collaborating with recruiters to meet client needs.

This position rewards a high-energy, results-driven salesperson with proven IT staffing success, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to grow major accounts through strategic solutions.

Formación

• You live to sell and have a proven track record of selling IT Staffing Solutions with a strong focus on hunting and developing new business.
• Experience working in a staffing agency environment within the past 3 years
• Ability to work effectively with recruiters to convey accurate requirements and demonstrate client control.
• Collaborate with other divisions to cross-sell our services and uphold Eliassen Group’s professional standards.
• High energy with a strong sense of urgency and ability to develop repeat business.

Responsabilidades

• Close business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships, recommending solutions, and making placements.
• Exceed minimum activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by your manager.
• Qualify each req and convey details to recruiters effectively.
• Understand differentiators and business value of each division to cross-sell our services and contribute as a team.
