RED Global seeks a Senior Account Executive for our North Carolina location to grow client relationships and drive IT staffing solutions. You will develop sales strategies, identify target markets, and coordinate with recruiting and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals.

The role emphasizes SAP/IT staffing expertise, strong negotiation, and the ability to close long‑term partnerships while sustaining excellent service levels. Competitive compensation and rich benefits are included.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in sales within SAP/IT staffing or SAP/IT consulting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of SAP, IT roles, and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and ERP bolt‑ons, Cloud/DevOps, AI solutions, cyber security.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify target markets and plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing client relationships.
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Leverage experience at large staffing firms to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and conduct regular meetings to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
