You’ll leverage an entrepreneurial spirit to grow our business and partner with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates.

In this hybrid role, you’ll meet revenue goals through new business development, cross-selling across divisions, and delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in Recruiting/Consulting with IT staffing focus.
• Experience in staffing agency environments within the last 3 years.
• Ability to work with recruiters to convey requirements and cross-sell services.

Responsibilities

• Close business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships, recommending solutions, and making placements.
• Exceed minimum activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by the manager.
• Qualify each req and convey details to recruiters effectively.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group’s services across divisions and collaborate with the team.
