In this role you will collaborate with recruiters and other divisions to deliver value, develop repeat business, and maintain a high-energy approach to achieving targets. Base salary ranges and commission structures are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record selling IT staffing solutions or recruiting/consulting services.
• Experience in a staffing agency environment within the past 3 years.
• Ability to work with recruiters and articulate requirements to ensure candidate fit.
• Collaborates with multiple divisions to cross-sell services and drive repeat business.
• High energy, sense of urgency, and goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Close business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships, recommending solutions, and making placements.
• Meet or exceed activity metrics and engage with prospects regularly.
• Qualify each requisition and communicate details to recruiters.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group services across divisions and contribute as a team player.
