Job summary

raydar is recruiting Account Executives for a hybrid role in Dallas, TX. You will build a sales territory, source and close new accounts, and manage relationships from initial contact to expansion across a contractor segment.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of full-cycle B2B software sales, a record of meeting quotas, and strong CRM forecasting skills. The role involves field events, site visits, and collaboration with marketing and customer success.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant full-cycle B2B software sales experience.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding new-business quotas with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to self-source pipeline through outbound named-account prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Self-source and close new accounts across a named contractor territory.
• Visit customer sites and organize relationship-building events.
• Run high-volume outbound calling, with 50–100 calls per day.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts while developing repeatable account expansion.
• Coordinate with marketing, business development, and customer success.
