Marsh is seeking an Account Executive to join the Client Services team in a hybrid role across Marsh offices in the United States. You will lead client operations, coordinate complex logistics, and drive risk-based solutions while fostering strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with Account Management to grow existing business and pursue new opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering outstanding client service.

Formación

• Substantial experience in risk evaluation and management, including financial analysis and loss experience review.
• Proven ability to develop and recommend risk solutions across multiple product lines.
• Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of retention and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate client risks by reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and articulate impact of options.
• Retain existing business and partner with Account Management to identify and capture new opportunities.
• Execute growth and retention strategies to drive sales goals.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients, prospects, and producers to deliver exceptional service.
• Act as primary client contact and resolve complex needs with speed and expertise.
