Jacobs is seeking a VDC 4D Coordinator to unite models and schedules for smarter construction planning across multiple projects. You will build 4D simulations, optimize workflows, and collaborate with an international team to accelerate re-industrialization.

The role requires hands-on BIM/VDC experience with 4D tools, Revit/Navisworks knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly while supporting ongoing project planning and execution.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years BIM/VDC experience with 4D modeling or construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with 4D platforms such as SYNCHRO or Fuzor; experience with Revit and/or Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction schedules and how they connect to model elements; Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience organizing model data via Revit parameters or similar methods; data management skills are a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly, collaborate across disciplines/time zones, and manage priorities across multi-project work.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain 4D models linking 3D elements with construction schedules using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or comparable tools.
• Prepare and structure model data (Revit parameters, element coding) to support reliable schedule linking and updates.
• Identify schedule conflicts, constraints, risks, and opportunities with project teams.
• Create clear simulations, visualizations, and presentations to support planning discussions.
