Jacobs is seeking a VDC 4D Coordinator to unify models and schedules, accelerating construction planning across multiple projects. You’ll connect 4D simulations with scheduling, collaborate with an international team, and influence tool workflows to improve speed and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BIM/VDC with hands-on 4D modeling, proficiency in SYNCHRO or Fuzor, Revit and/or Navisworks, and familiarity with Primavera P6. Hybrid work in the U.S. is offered.

Competenze

• 2+ years of BIM/VDC experience with hands-on 4D modeling or construction sequencing.
• Experience using 4D platforms such as SYNCHRO or Fuzor, and with Revit and/or Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction schedules, activity relationships, sequencing, and how schedules connect to model elements; Primavera P6 experience is valuable.
• Experience organizing model data via Revit parameters or element coding; assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly, collaborate across disciplines/time zones, and manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Curiosity and ability to learn new tools, troubleshoot issues, and follow through on details.
• Knowledge of AI tools and workflow optimization for repeatable processes.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain 4D models that connect 3D elements with construction schedules using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or comparable tools.
• Prepare, structure, and vet model data (Revit parameters and element coding) to support reliable schedule linking and updates.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand methods, evaluate sequencing, and identify schedule conflicts, constraints, risks, and opportunities.
• Create clear simulations, visualizations, and presentations to support planning discussions and communication of strategy.
• Keep models/deliverables current as designs and priorities change; pivot between projects as needed.
• Coordinate work with an international delivery team, set priorities, provide handoffs, and review deliverable quality.
• Improve repeatable workflows, troubleshoot data integration issues, and test tools/automation to increase speed/accuracy.
• Help develop 5D workflows connecting model quantities, schedule activities, and estimating/cost data.
• Share knowledge and help teams use 4D effectively in planning and execution.
