You’ll help build 4D simulations that visualize sequencing and constraint analysis, and you’ll contribute to expanding into 5D by linking quantities, schedules, and cost data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with 4D modeling or construction sequencing.
• Experience using Revit and/or Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction schedules and activity relationships.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly across disciplines.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models connecting 3D with schedules.
• Vet model data and Revit elements for scheduling.
• Identify schedule conflicts, constraints, risks, and opportunities with project teams.
• Create simulations, visuals, and presentations to support planning discussions.
• Keep models current as designs, schedules, and priorities change.
• Coordinate with an international delivery team and ensure deliverable quality.
• Improve repeatable workflows and test automation for speed and accuracy.
• Develop 5D workflows connecting quantities, schedule activities, and cost data.
