Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a VDC 4D Coordinator to unify models and schedules for smarter construction planning. You’ll work on 4D simulations and help extend into 5D by connecting quantities, schedules, and estimated costs. The role involves hands-on production with room to experiment and improve tools and workflows.

You’ll collaborate with an international delivery team, handling multiple projects while adapting to evolving priorities and technology. A portfolio of previous 4D work is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in BIM/VDC with 4D modeling or sequencing.
• Proficiency in 4D platforms (SYNCHRO/Fuzor) with Revit/Navisworks experience.
• Understanding of construction schedules and how they link to models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models linking 3D elements with schedules using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or similar.
• Prepare and structure model data (Revit parameters, element coding) for reliable schedule linking.
• Collaborate with project teams across time zones and disciplines.
• Create clear simulations and visualizations to support planning discussions and strategy.
• Keep models current as designs and priorities change.
