Qualifications

• 2+ years BIM/VDC with hands‑on 4D modeling experience.
• Proficient with SYNCHRO or Fuzor, plus Revit and Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction schedules and Primavera P6 value.
• Experience organizing model information via Revit parameters or coding.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and collaborate across time zones.
• Curiosity to learn unfamiliar tools and troubleshoot details.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models linking 3D elements with construction schedules.
• Prepare model data, including Revit parameters and element coding, for reliable schedule linking.
• Evaluate sequencing, constraints, risks, and opportunities with project teams.
• Create simulations, visuals, and presentations to support planning discussions.
• Keep models current as designs and priorities change; pivot between projects as needed.
• Coordinate with an international delivery team and ensure useful handoffs and quality.
• Improve repeatable workflows and test data integration tools.
• Help develop 5D workflows connecting quantities, schedules and cost data.
• Share knowledge to enable teams to use 4D effectively in planning and execution.
