• Plan budgeting, forecasts, and regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coach field reps on territory management, prospecting, and pricing.
• Spend 60% of time in the field with sales reps and customers.
• Conduct bi-annual account reviews and coordinate with branches.
