This full-time exempt position will lead a professional sales team across multiple branches and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and field engagement. Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Extensive knowledge of HVACR products (parts, equipment, supplies).
• Ability to assist customers and internal sales reps with equipment match ups and job estimate costs.
• Understanding pricing, gross profit and P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train sales personnel; establish territories and pricing.
• Develop and implement a regional sales plan including budgeting and forecasts.
• Coach field sales personnel and monitor progress.
• Spend 60% of time in the field traveling with sales reps and making calls.
• Conduct bi-annual account reviews with sales reps and branch managers.
• Coordinate sales activities with other departments and provide pricing information when requested.
