Job summary

R.E. Michel Company, LLC seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the CA/NV sales team, drive revenues, and coordinate with branch managers. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will guide outside reps and accounts to exceed sales and profit goals across the full product line.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills with pricing, GP and P&Ls understanding.
• Physical ability to travel and lift items up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to branches and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train sales personnel and establish performance standards.
• Develop and implement a sales plan with budgeting and forecasts.
• Coach field personnel in account analysis and territory management.
• Spend 60% of time in the field with sales reps and customers.
• Conduct bi-annual account reviews with sales representatives and managers.
• Coordinate sales activities with other departments and provide pricing information.
