Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Part Time Will Call/Counter Flex associate to blend warehouse material handling with counter sales. The role includes receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and customer service duties at the Will Call counter.

Responsibilities cover order processing, pricing, product research, warranty handling, and daily showroom upkeep. Requires forklift experience, basic computer skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of related wholesale/retail experience or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain on the job.
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and competently.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner usage.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at Will Call and front sales counter with prompt, accurate order fulfillment.
• Receive product into warehouse, inspect freight, verify quantities, and check against packing lists using RF scanner.
• Replenish stock, stock picking, and organize displays; maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Process sales orders, payments, and credits per SOPs; assist with pricing and product research.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone and email; provide quotes and ordering assistance.
• Maintain neat appearance and participate in training to gain product knowledge.
