Johnstone Supply LLC is hiring for a Will Call/Counter Flex position at our Concord, NC branch. The role bridges warehouse material handling and counter sales, providing prompt service, processing orders, and supporting pricing and product research.

You will work with RF scanners, manage stock, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The job emphasizes safety, customer focus, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow product knowledge through training and SOP adherence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. 1+ years of related wholesale/retail experience or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain on the job.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at Will Call and front sales counter with orders, quotes, and product research.
• Receive product into warehouse; inspect freight, verify quantities, and use RF scanner for receiving.
• Replenish stock, stock shelves, and maintain showroom appearance; process sales orders and payments.
• Assist with warranty and credit returns; balance daily sales transactions per policy.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; participate in training and team-based tasks.
