Johnstone Supply, a leading HVACR distributor, seeks a Part-Time Will Call/Counter Flex to support sales and warehouse tasks. You will assist customers, process orders, and handle stock replenishment while operating RF scanners and basic ERP tools.

A forklift certification is required, and the role emphasizes safety and customer service. Ideal candidates have 1+ year wholesale/retail experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of related wholesale/retail experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Knowledge of RF scanners and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at Will Call and front sales counter with prompt, accurate fulfillment.
• Receive product, inspect freight, verify quantities, and use RF scanner.
• Replenish stock, restock picking stock, and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Enter sales orders, process payments, and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain product displays, balance daily transactions, and assist with warranties.
