Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America's leading wholesale distributor of HVACR equipment, seeks a Counter Sales Associate I to support customers in-store and over the phone. You will assist with product selections, handle special orders, and process transactions while maintaining a professional team environment.

Ideal candidates have strong customer-service skills, basic HVAC/R product knowledge, and experience with POS systems; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Front line customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R products is beneficial.
• Ability to operate a POS terminal and conduct routine sales reports.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selections in store.
• Provide technical support and coordinate special orders.
• Process transactions, quotes, warranties, and returns accurately.
• Research products across branches and arrange inter-branch transfers when needed.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and displayability.
