Job summary

Johnstone Supply seeks a Part-Time Will Call/Counter Flex associate to assist customers at the Will Call and counter, handle order processing, and keep showroom stock organized. The role blends warehouse duties with front counter sales, requiring reliable, detail-oriented teamwork.

Responsibilities include receiving products, stocking, processing orders, answering quotes, and maintaining clean displays. forklift cert or willingness to obtain is required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of related experience in wholesale/retail.
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and competently.
• Experience with a picker, RF scanner, and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at Will Call and front counter with accurate, prompt fulfillment of orders.
• Receive product into the warehouse and inspect freight for damage; use RF scanner for receiving.
• Replenish stock, fill picking stock, and rotate products as needed.
• Process sales orders, credits, and payments in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain showroom organization, handle warranty claims, and assist with product research and promotions.
