Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC seeks a Counter Sales Associate II to provide HVAC/R product information, support customer inquiries, and process sales both in-person and by phone. You’ll order products, manage quotes, and contribute to store profitability while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role requires basic forklift experience, counter sales knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 2+ years of wholesale/retail HVAC/R experience or equivalent.
• Forklift experience and forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selections.
• Research HVAC/R items and source products for customers.
• Process quotes, warranties, and transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Respond to calls and customer inquiries promptly.
• Support inventory counts and fulfillment of orders.
• Promote promotions and upsell where appropriate.
