Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a knowledgeable HVAC Specialist to provide expert phone and email-based troubleshooting and applications support for residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will assist contractors, dealers, engineers, and homeowners with timely technical guidance.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical materials for accuracy, and developing training resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in HVAC technical support or related role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (Water Source, Geothermal, Air-to-Air).
• Relevant certifications (NATE/EPA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with new product introductions and create training materials.
