Job summary

Bosch is seeking a knowledgeable HVAC Specialist to provide expert troubleshooting and applications support for residential and commercial heat pump systems. You will assist contractors, engineers, architects, and homeowners with timely, accurate technical solutions.

This role involves on-site field work and occasional travel, collaborating with product teams, and developing training resources. A strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC technical support or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Air-to-Air, Water Source, and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
• High School diploma or equivalent; NATE/EPA cert is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of piping, hydronics, wiring, heat pumps, and AC circuits.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams on HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing technical materials and developing documentation/training resources.
• Represent the company in complaint resolution and root-cause analysis feedback.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of customer interactions and email communications.
• Perform on-site field troubleshooting as needed, including travel domestically and internationally.
• Support peers by sharing expertise and assisting with their technical development.
• Maintain flexibility to provide after-hours support during critical rollouts or escalations.
• Work from the office or home using company systems as directed by supervisor.
