Job summary

Bosch USA seeks a knowledgeable HVAC Specialist to provide expert phone and email troubleshooting and applications support for residential and commercial water-source heat pumps, geothermal, air-conditioning, and heat pump systems.

You will assist contractors, dealers, engineers, architects, and homeowners by delivering timely, accurate technical solutions and guidance, with opportunities for travel and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC technical support or related role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems including Water Source Heat Pumps, Geothermal, and Air-to-Air Heat Pumps.
• High School diploma or equivalent; NATE/EPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing technical materials and developing documentation/training resources.
• Represent the company in complaint resolution and technical investigations with root-cause analysis feedback.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of customer interactions and manage email communications.
• Perform on-site field troubleshooting as needed, including travel domestically/internationally for training or service support.
