Job summary

Bosch is seeking an HVAC Specialist to provide expert troubleshooting and applications support for residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will assist contractors, dealers, engineers, and homeowners with timely, accurate technical solutions via phone, email, and on-site visits as needed.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, contributing to new product introductions, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC technical support or related role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems including Air-to-Air Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Geothermal.
• High School diploma; certifications such as NATE/EPA are a plus.
• Technical knowledge of piping, hydronics, wiring, water source heat pump controls, and compressors.
• Excellent problem-solving, initiative and customer-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• MS Office proficiency; MAS500/SM+ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email on HVAC systems and components.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing technical materials and developing training resources.
• Represent the company in complaint resolution and technical investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of customer interactions and manage departmental emails.
• Perform on-site field troubleshooting as needed; travel domestically and internationally.
• Share expertise and support peers in their technical development.
• Provide after-hours support during critical rollouts or escalations as required.
• Work from either office or home using company systems as directed.
