Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Florida market to grow the commercial HVAC business. This outside sales role emphasizes new business development, contractor relationships, and profitable growth within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in HVAC distribution or related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and applications.
• Experience developing and growing a sales territory with new business.
• Ability to build relationships with mechanical contractors and commercial HVAC customers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Established local HVAC contractor relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory and execute sales strategy.
• Develop and implement a territory sales plan.
• Prospect and grow relationships with mechanical contractors and HVAC customers.
• Pursue commercial projects and conversion opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM data with accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customers and close deals.
• Travel within territory as required.
