Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Florida markets in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa or South Florida. This outside sales role focuses on new business with contractors, engineers, and building owners, delivering growth and profitability in line with pricing discipline.

The candidate should bring strong HVAC knowledge, proven territory development, and the ability to manage a robust pipeline while coordinating with internal teams to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales in HVAC distribution or related tech sales.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and applications.
• Track record of growing a sales territory and new business.
• Experience selling to mechanical contractors and HVAC customers.
• Able to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Florida territory following sales strategy.
• Develop territory plan, priorities, and growth objectives.
• Prospect and develop relationships with mechanical contractors and HVAC customers.
• Identify projects, conversions, and profitable opportunities.
• Own customer relationships from prospecting to growth.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits and maintain territory coverage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customers and close business.
• Maintain qualified sales pipeline and CRM data.
• Monitor market trends and communicate insights to leadership.
• Attend meetings, events and training for growth and profitability.
