Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to plan, organize, and grow a profitable dealer base in the Houston area. The role emphasizes educating dealers on COD products and services while driving volume and margin.

You will manage relationships with dealers, collaborate with local branches, and implement action plans to meet sales targets. Travel and remote work are involved as part of territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Proven track record in dealer networks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and grow a base of approximately 50 target and core dealers.
• Sign-up dealers within assigned territory and build sales through active communication about products, services, prices and programs.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin; keep an accurate call history in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within territory.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet or exceed customer development and sales targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on features, benefits, design guidelines for products sold.
