Job summary

American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. seeks two Territory Managers to drive sales in the Chandler and Scottsdale areas. The role focuses on growing revenue from existing accounts and acquiring new customers through proactive outreach and product solutions.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC industry experience, a track record in sales or sales management, and the ability to balance a multi-account territory while coordinating with branch staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC industry experience and 3 years of sales and/or sales management experience.
• Pre-employment screening required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic typing/10-key data entry.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales utilizing assigned customers as well as generating new customers.
• Develop existing accounts to increase sales and expand product lines by communicating solutions and providing technical support.
• Develop and open new accounts by cold calling to provide new solutions and offer product support/promos.
• Coordinate sales activities with branch staff and key vendors to support product lines.
• Analyze customer sales reports to identify diminishing sales and strategize growth across the book of business.
• Coordinate with management on product planning, inventory, and promos for customers.
