Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to plan, grow, and manage a base of 50 target and core HVAC dealers within the assigned territory, driving volume and profitability while promoting COD products and services.

You will build strong dealer relationships, sign new dealers, and collaborate with branch teams to maximize revenue and gross margin, maintain CRM call history, and implement action plans to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of ~50 target/core dealers
• Target and sign-up dealers within the territory
• Build sales through active communication about launches, services, prices and discounts
• Maintain revenue and gross margin; manage CRM call histories
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches
• Develop action plans to meet/exceed sales targets weekly
