Daikin Comfort is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow a volume-driven dealer base and increase profitability in the HVAC market. You will manage ~50 core dealers, sign new partners, and communicate product launches, pricing, and programs while maintaining CRM records.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Base salary is $85,000 with commission, potential total cash of $120k–$180k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in HVAC preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow ~50 target/core dealers in territory.
• Sign up dealers within assigned region.
• Promote products, programs, discounts, and launches to dealers and customers.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin; manage CRM call history.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales in branches.
• Develop action plans to meet targets weekly.
