Gemaire Distributors seeks a Territory Account Manager to drive consultative sales with HVAC contractors in an assigned region. You will represent our full line of products and services, building strong dealer relationships and delivering value through industry knowledge and timely follow-up.

The role requires a focus on growing market share, meeting aggressive face-to-face targets, and collaborating with vendor partners to identify opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience in sales to contractors in HVAC or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and goal-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple dealer relationships and forecast territory growth.

Mansioni

• Develop contractor relationships to grow sales in assigned territory.
• Generate additional sales and expand market share.
• Meet at least 25 face-to-face weekly with customers.
• Negotiate pricing while protecting profit goals.
• Manage opportunities and track via CRM system.
• Present solutions and act as a business consultant to customers.
• Collaborate with regional manager to grow customer base.
