Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC, a leading HVACR parts distributor, seeks an experienced technical sales support professional in California. You will develop training programs, support sales initiatives, and help manage warranty processes while working with branch managers and key accounts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC/R field service, strong communication skills, and a knack for translating technical content into practical guidance for customers and staff. Travel by vehicle will be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R field service experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing technical knowledge to adult learners in multiple formats.
• Understanding of HVAC/R products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop guidelines and tools for technical sales support.
• Provide technical training for customers and employees.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities with larger dealers.
• Develop warranty process structures to reduce warranty transactions.
• Track warranty failure rates and training attendance.
• Support product mix decisions with purchasing and marketing.
• Maintain relationships with vendor partners and key customers.
