Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR equipment distributor, seeks a Training Coordinator to support Johnstone University and workshop programs. You will provide frontline technical support for training users, help distributors with training resources, and ensure course data remains accurate and up-to-date.

Applicants should have an Associate degree (A.A.) with at least two years related experience and familiarity with Office 365, LMS platforms, and content management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school; at least two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Proficient with Office 365 and standard productivity tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to users/participants/partners for training venues (online and in-person).
• Guide and support Johnstone distributors with training programs and resources.
• Ensure learning data and content on Johnstone University is accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform maintenance of user and course data; generate reports and dashboards as needed.
