Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Training Program Manager to lead contractor development, design learning content, and drive store-level adoption of training initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to align campaigns and ensure successful program launches across multiple regions.

The role requires strong project management, LMS experience, and a proven ability to translate business needs into effective training solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• 5+ years in training, contractor development, or related field.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, content creation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contractor training programs and curricula.
• Partner with stores, suppliers and marketing teams to promote programs.
• Assess training needs and measure results with dashboards and metrics.
• Coordinate with content teams to produce engaging training content.
• Oversee program budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
