Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC, contractor development, training, or related fields.
• Experience developing marketing campaigns, training resources, and customer engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption in stores by partnering with teams and developing activation plans.
• Enhance Contractor Programs through training need assessments and content creation.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns and promotions for contractor enrollment.
• Manage project planning, budgets, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with LMS, Content teams, and vendors to deliver training at scale.
