Johnson Controls invites recent engineering graduates to join the Building Early Career Sales (BEST) Program, a 6-month development track into technical sales. You will learn HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions while supporting sales activities and projects.

Participants build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners, presenting technical solutions that improve building performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver customer outcomes.
