Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join a 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI, with onboarding at a local office and a focus on technical sales and HVAC knowledge.

After training, you’ll transition to an Associate Account Manager role, selling HVAC equipment, services and controls while building relationships with engineers, contractors and owners. Lodging and relocation are provided during training, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business/Engineering/Marketing or related fields.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical areas and ability to communicate engineering solutions.
• Prior internship at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office 3 months before GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• After completing the Graduate Training Program, assume Associate Account Manager responsibilities in Equipment, Services, or Controls at a designated office location.
• Sell HVAC equipment, services and controls to commercial, industrial and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design, application and sale of equipment and controls.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout a full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets and grow the territory.
