Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a Technical Sales Associate Development Program in Ridgeland, MS, with a 14-week training in La Crosse, WI. The program develops engineers into expert sales professionals who engage with commercial customers and drive energy-efficient cooling solutions.

You will learn through hands-on projects, relationship-based selling, and cross-functional collaboration to meet growth goals and design wins, with lodging and relocation support provided during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Open to all Engineering areas).
• A passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Must be graduated prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.
• Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and understanding customer needs throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Achieve objectives and quotas through securing new design wins and managing the sales channel.
