Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team, with US remote work available and preference for Eastern Time Zone. The role demands at least 5 years of HVAC recruitment experience and 7 years total recruiting, plus strong sourcing and networking capabilities across the HVAC and skilled trades sectors.

Responsibilities include building talent networks, direct sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and maintaining ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• 5 years recent and direct, commercial HVAC recruitment experience, plus at least 7 years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio); SharePoint preferred.
• Heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices.

Responsibilities

• Builds a talent network within practitioner communities for skilled trades.
• Directly sources, interviews, qualifies, negotiates offers and hires candidates to fill open requisitions.
• Networks and maintains effective relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Develops search plans and knowledge of assigned business groups’ structure and skill requirements.
• Maintains candidate data in the ATS and tracks workflow metrics.
• Drives continuous improvements to recruitment processes and candidate sites.
