Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC for remote US work. The role favors candidates in Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone and may require travel to client locations for training and meetings.

You will recruit HVAC technicians, build a robust candidate network, and manage end-to-end processes through the ATS. Ideal candidates have 5+ years HVAC recruitment and 7+ years total recruiting experience, with strong Microsoft Office and SHarePoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years HVAC recruitment experience; 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint preferred.
• Ability to travel nationally.
• Strong recruiting network in HVAC and skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a talent network within HVAC and skilled trades communities.
• Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and hire candidates for open requisitions.
• Maintain relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Create search plans and Boolean searches; utilize job boards and web sources.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and track metrics.
