Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team. This remote role (US-based, Mountain/Central/Eastern Time preferred) involves high-volume HVAC recruitment across the United States and hard-to-fill roles in a deadline-driven environment.

You will build a strong HVAC candidate pipeline, partner with business leaders, and manage end-to-end recruiting processes from sourcing through offers. Travel to client sites for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years recent and direct HVAC recruitment experience; total recruiting experience 7+ years.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within HVAC/skilled trades communities.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers and hire to fill open requisitions.
• Proactively network with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
