Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team. This remote US role (Eastern, Central or Mountain Time zones preferred) focuses on high-volume HVAC technician recruitment across the US.

You will source, screen, interview and place candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners. Requirements include 5 years of direct HVAC recruitment experience and 7 years overall recruiting, plus a Bachelor's in HR or related field and proficient MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years HVAC recruitment experience; 7 years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint preferred.
• Strong HVAC industry network within skilled trades.
• Ability to travel nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Builds a talent network within HVAC practitioner communities.
• Source, interview, qualify, negotiate offers and hire candidates.
• Maintains candidate data and tracks recruitment metrics.
• Drives recruitment processes and partner relationships with hiring managers.
• Develops search plans and uses Boolean searches to find candidates.
