Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to source and hire HVAC technicians across the United States, with remote work available within US time zones (Eastern preferred). You will build a national candidate network and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to offers.

Applicants should have 5+ years of direct HVAC recruitment and 7+ years total recruiting experience, with advanced MS Office and ATS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HVAC recruitment experience directly.
• 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of multi-state/federal employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within HVAC and skilled trades.
• Source, interview, qualify and hire candidates to fill requisitions.
• Proactively network and maintain industry intelligence.
• Train HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System.
• Track candidate workflows and ATS data; drive recruiting improvements.
• Travel nationally as needed for client engagements and training.
