Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to recruit HVAC technicians across the US. This remote U.S.-based role (Eastern/Central/Mountain time zones preferred) focuses on high-volume, hard-to-fill roles and requires strong HVAC industry networks.

You will build talent pipelines, interview and negotiate offers, train HR staff on ATS, and ensure BGIS's employment value proposition is communicated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC recruitment experience.
• 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit HVAC technicians across the U.S. in a deadline-driven environment.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and negotiate offers.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline and relationships with HVAC and skilled trades communities.
• Train HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System and hiring processes.
