Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an HVAC-focused mechanical engineer to design, develop, and sustain residential and commercial HVAC systems across multiple platforms. The role supports product development from concept through qualification and production release.

The successful candidate will perform analytical studies with advanced simulation tools, interface with vendors and internal teams, and help ensure regulatory compliance and manufacturing readiness for all product families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC focus preferred).
• 5 years design and project experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification - Universal is a plus.
• Experience with state-of-the-art simulation tools.
• Familiar with programming languages and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize and qualify HVAC systems for residential and commercial products.
• Lead product development from concept through qualification and release.
• Conduct analytical studies using advanced simulation tools.
• Interface with vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare bills of materials, drawings, and product change requests; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support manufacturing, sales, quality, and service functions as needed.
