Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design, qualify, and maintain HVAC products for residential and commercial applications. You will lead design efforts, perform thermal analyses, and collaborate across engineering teams to meet reliability targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers; conducting tests; preparing BOMs and documentation; and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years design & project experience preferred.
• Experience with state-of-the-art simulation tools.
• Familiar with the New Product Development (NPD) process, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and DFMA.
• Familiarity with data acquisition and instrumentation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute measurably to NPD projects and sustaining initiatives.
• Manage projects through the complete product development cycle.
• Design, optimize and qualify HVAC systems using analytical & experimental methods.
• Interface with vendors, customers, and field personnel.
